Impingement Tendonitis:

Tendons are the tissue that connects muscles to bones. When these rub against bone/ or get pinched between bones, they become inflamed. This inflammation is called tendonitis. Although commonly caused by overuse and overhead activity, actions such as lifting or carrying luggage can equally cause irritation.

Signs and symptoms may include, pain, weakness, decreased motion, pain with sleeping, popping and difficulty with overhead movements, like reaching. For more information download our impingement brochure.
